Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
- Lead full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding
- Partner with leadership on staffing needs and hiring strategies
- Manage and optimize the applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Deliver a positive candidate experience
- Maintain accurate employee data in HRIS systems
- Generate reports and support HR analytics
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes
- Administer benefits programs, including enrollments and changes
- Serve as primary contact for employee benefits inquiries
- Support open enrollment and vendor coordination
- Assist with payroll processing and data accuracy
- Track employee hours, wage changes, and deductions
- Support payroll audits and compliance
- Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws and regulations
- Support policy implementation and employee communications
- Assist with employee relations matters and documentation
- Maintain compliant and up-to-date employee records
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a healthcare or home health setting
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and talent acquisition strategies
- Experience with HRIS platforms (e.g., Paycor, ADP Workforce Now, or similar systems)
- Working knowledge of payroll processes and benefits administration
- Solid understanding of employment laws and HR compliance requirements
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
