We are seeking a part-time to full-time Senior HR Generalist to join our  home care team in support of our Illinois and Indiana Offices. This role will primarily be responsible for recruting and administrative support.

• Manage full-cycle recruitment including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing,m and onboarding
• Partner with leadership to identify staffing needs and recruitment strategies
• Maintain applicant tracking system
• Maintain and update employee data in HRIS system, ensuring accura y and integrity
• Generate reports and analytics as needed
• Administer employee benefits programs including enrollment, changes, and terminations
• Serve as primary point of contact for employee benfit related questions.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field, or experience
• Experience in healthcare setting preferred, but not required
• Strong knowledge of recrutiing best practices
• Experience with HRIS platforms (e.g. Paycor, WorkforceNow, or similar systems)
• Ability to handle confidential information
• knowledge of state and federal employment laws (including FLSA, FMLA, EEO, ADA)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
