We’re excited to offer a Welcome Incentive of up to $10,000 to qualified Registered Nurses joining our team. This incentive is designed to reward experience, specialty skills, and commitment to patient care excellence.
How it works:
- Up to a $10,000 incentive, based on experience, clinical background, and role alignment
- Paid in structured installments (e.g., at 90 days, 6 months and 12 months of employment)
Additional details:
- Incentive amounts are determined during the offer process
- Subject to standard repayment terms if employment ends within a specified timeframe
- Competitive Pay ($85,000-$127,000)
- Desired visit number guaranteed for the first two weeks with pay

- Observation, assessment, and documentation of patient symptoms and progress
- Perform initial home care visit and re-evaluate patient needs and progress when needed
- Demonstrate efficient teamwork with the staff
- Demonstrate competence in documenting Oasis
- Supervise HHA field staff as indicated
- Follow Medicare regulations
- Notify physician of change in patient's condition
- Coordinate other disciplines as applicable to assist patient
- Complete paperwork timely and efficiently
- Educate patients and caregivers on disease process, medications, plan of care, and treatment plans according to the policy and procedure manual
- Provide quality of care to patients in their homes according to policy and procedures
- Provide wound care and assessment. Provide IV line care and maintenance
